South Asians for Human Rights

Promoting Democracy, Upholding Human Rights

Brussels/Belgium: The British House of Commons after a pragmatic debate on human rights abuses in South Asia has urged its government to take up the Kashmir human rights violations with the United Nations in order to curb this growing anti-humanity menace.
Kashmiri political, social and Kashmir Dispute Solution Seekers Association (KDSSA) worldwide have welcomed the open debate on human rights woes in Held Kashmir and assured full support to the United Kingdom should she muster political muscle to lay the issue before the ongoing annual session of the UN General Assembly in New York. The groups clarified that none of them are against any country in South Asian region; Kashmiris appeal to the international community for restitution of their own right to self-determination promised to them by big powers including UK and UN member states since 1948 when India voluntarily brought Kashmir as a dispute to the bar of Security Council.
